Radev's statement made at 7 pm on Europe Day is so unsubtantiated that we have to be lenient towards him and present it never happened - because of the institution, rather than because of the indivual with unachieved goals.
Bulgaria is an integral part of Europe and no one can take away its deserved place in the family of European democracies, by trying to sow discord and opposition.
Europe unites, it does not divide, and our mission is people and their welfare.
