"The MRF did a lot of good things in the Alliance. That's when we were the best and ruled together with them - with GERB and PP-DB. These people were in my office every day, and in Mr. Borisov's office, and the truth is that they have forgotten everything. Then we saw them in the squares playing videos and denying everything, saying we were the worst.”
This was revealed to journalists by Delyan Peevski, leader of the MRF and the Parliamentary Group of the MRF-NEW BEGINNING at the opening of the Museum of the Alliance in his office in the National Assembly building.
“There's one thing I want to say to you: I admit that we may have shown aggression, but that was in response to their aggression and our MPs were attacked! For which I apologize to our voters, who may not have liked it, and I as a leader take this responsibility," the leader said.
"They behaved monstrously towards my deputies. What happened went beyond all limits - rewriting history, that we had nothing in common, that we didn't rule together, and why? Because we're not ruling together now. Their voters should know that these people were with the MRF every day for nine months," he added. "They should not lie to them," the Chairman of the MRF and the Parliamentary Group of the MRF-NEW BEGINNING added.
"Let people choose new faces. Let them choose whomever they decide to. Let us resolve everything on the field of politics, not in the field of aggression, not with battles and not with slaps and fists. This will not bring anything to Bulgaria. This will not be our style." He was adamant.
"Elections are coming. Let's see what confidence the parties will get. I have one thing to say to the Soros agencies: Do whatever research you want - the vote will be seen on election day,” Peevski stressed.
“I now call for this tone to end! If they do not end it, they will certainly be punished by their voters. This will not be our tone. We will be positive in the name of Bulgaria – the prices of goods, the prices of services, the problems with wages. We will maintain the supreme position of the MRF as the most responsible party that thinks about Bulgaria,” Delyan Peevski was adamant.
