Delyan Peevski, leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms: “The ruling party is in complete hysteria! I am addressing Radev – violence will only bring an end to this government!”

“They're just hiding. I can't understand why Ms. Iotova fell for all this and didn't come to explain herself. They just hid her. What's so secret about it? What's happened? Let them come and explain. She was the vice president. Perhaps the President made her sign this thing, let her come and tell us.”

This is how MRF leader Delyan Peevski commented on the extraordinary session of the National Assembly which was cancelled due to the absence of MPs from the majority.

“The people in charge are in a state of complete hysteria. Only violence, use of the Ministry of Interior, the special services, pressure on mayors, pressure on parties.” Peevski got angry.

“Complete helplessness! Today, I'm looking at the results from the polling agencies. I see their concerns, their protests, and, above all, people's incomes. A complete lie. They were going to raise them, and prices are going up. It's all a complete lie," the leader commented.

“Remember what the current Prime Minister said before, that prices would be -15%. And they went up by over 150%. That's the truth. Fuel prices doubled and more. When there was a special representative of Lukoil appointed by the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov, prices were half as much. Now they are twice as much, they are simply twice as much”, Peevski concluded.

“People can see that. Incomes are falling, prices are rising, and energy is becoming more expensive. No successes, nothing. The promises have failed. Six months have passed. Yesterday, I saw the Prime Minister, very worried, explaining something about Borisov, Peevski, someone will bring them back to power, the coalition is coming back,” the MRF leader recalled.

“Let's get these people to stop. Enough anxiety. Let them can on with their job. They can't do anything for the people by filling up their own coffers. "Haven't they managed to fill their coffers in six months?" asked Delyan Peevski.

"I see they're calling everywhere, trying to figure out who we're referring to with our threats to expose them. They’re worried even within their own ranks - even within their own ranks the majority is asking questions,” Peevski said.

“We will talk specifically about what they are doing in the ministries, what Shishkov is doing, what all the treasurers are doing in the energy sector right now. A total failure. Pressure won't work. I'm addressing the Prime Minister. Violence leads to only one thing – the end of this government,” Peevski stated categorically.
