Since there is huge public interest, I hope that the National Revenue Agency will complete their inquiry as soon as possible with in the legal deadlines and announce the results.
I would like to remind you that in the last 15 years and more, no other political leader has been subject to more checks by all possible institutions and services, including during the mandates of the interim governments appointed by Rumen Radev.
I admire the actions of Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev, but I would also ask that in the same proletarian spirit with which he is investigating me and the MRF, he turn his attention to the vast amount of public information and data on corruption in the highest level of Progressive Bulgaria.
That is, if however, the MoI is not the Ministry of the Interior, but a baseball bat with which to beat the opponents of their own party. And everything which is happening at the moment is proof of this.
This is no doubt the reason for the deafening silence surrounding the public data concerning the 411 properties acquired by Ivan Demerdzhiev and his family. Nevertheless, we will continue to bring to light the actions of this minister and provide the institutions and the Bulgarian public with information concerning his strange enrichment.
