"This is the last time we will be civil and peaceful here in front," Delyan Peevski, leader of MRF - New Beginning, told supporters of the party who gathered at a protest in front of the National Assembly on Monday. He also said, "If they continue with this attitude of ignoring us, we will stand up for our rights by all democratic means and I as your leader will stand up for them. We are not phantoms, we are all real and we are Bulgarian citizens."
This was the last time everything would be peaceful because the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) has always been an intelligent party and the new beginning is the future for all Bulgarians, regardless of ethnicity, Peevski added and told those supporting him that he would defend them never again to be "second class" and "phantoms".
Peevski also addressed the CC-DB and "those persons who robbed the State for three years" that "our voice is real". He warned them "not to try to mock those who support MRF - New Beginning".
The leader of MRF-New Beginning also had words of warning for President Ruman Radev and Vice President Iliana Iotova, saying that "next time we will be inside the presidency if he allows such things to be said, and not being president of the nation, the choice is his". He apologized to all Bulgarian citizens that "we supported him for his first term as president". He said, "We apologize for brining here a person who is only interested in cash, lots of it", and added that the President's "time it up" and that he "will soon be leaving".
He went on to blast the MRF founder and Honorary Chair, Ahmed Dogan, and said that "the time is up for a bogus and dishonest chairman, who had to leave his residences because he was preoccupied with himself".
Dogan was actually made to leave two residences he had used for long years, and he blames for that Peevski.
He warned Dogan's aides "across the country who continue to oppress our people: we will set them free and MRF - New Beginning will be unchallenged".
"Whatever governance the country has, MRF - New Beginning will always be heard, I will be your voice and if someone tries to take your rights - I will be there," he added.
